Yes, your item will arrive in a regular USPS box or padded envelope. 

Yes, we ship internationally using USPS. Please note you may need to pay taxes to customs depending on your country before you receive your product.

Non-custom, pre-made items are typically shipped within 3 business days. Please note this may vary, as sometimes we are traveling to vend. You can see when and where we are vending in the "events" tab!

Due to safety concerns, we are unable to provide chlorination at this time. This may change in the future!

Yes, we offer made-to-measure garments on occasion. Please see the "custom orders" tab for more information. 

Generally, we open for custom garment orders every few months. If what you want is small, then please contact us to see if we can make it happen. 

This depends on what features you'd like on the suit, but the base price for a single color, basic made to measure catsuit is $475. This goes up as you add designs and features to the suit. Please see the "custom orders" tab for more information.

We source our rubber through Radical Rubber and Supatex, the world's leading brands in high quality latex sheeting. All of our rubber is renewable and ethically sourced, as per our supplier's websites.

Yes, we offer a 6 month warranty from the time the item was shipped/handed to you. Please see the TOS at the bottom of the page for more warranty information. 

We use USPS Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, and International Priority Mail.
