Any breach of the following terms and conditions set-forth will result in cancellation/suspension of orders/services with no refund.
Prohibited Use of this Website
You may not under any circumstances access this site if you are under the age of 18. Do not attempt to attack this site with malicious software (worms, Trojans, etc). All images, text, video, and other graphics are the sole property of RubbrPup and shall not be distributed without the express written permission of RubbrPup. You may not use our products for illegal or unauthorized activities. Any infraction of these terms will result in the permanent suspension of you ability to access this website and/or purchase our products.
General Conditions
We do not store your data with the exception of email addresses for our newsletter. Your card information is processed via GoDaddy, our website and commerce host, and you accept any risk, terms and conditions, currency conversion rates, and privacy policies associated with GoDaddy's and/or 3rd party payment processor you use. We cannot be held responsible for any data breach caused by GoDaddy and/or 3rd party payment processor.
While we have a wide array of colors to choose from, we cannot control how accurately your computer/phone will display these colors. We will not be held responsible for errors in color.
Price Modification
We reserve the right to change the price on any product at any time without notice.
Account and Billing Information
We reserve the right to refuse any service or order placed with us for any reason. We reserve the right to not provide a reason for the cancellation of an order. You may not, under any circumstance, resell, copy, distribute, wholesale, or auction any of our products without express, written permission from RubbrPup with the exception of your used product being resold peer-to-peer. No business entity may attempt to order from our site with the intent of resell without the express, written permission of RubbrPup. Any entity found to be reselling our products shall be blacklisted with any in-progress order cancelled with no refund, and the offending entity shall be prosecuted to the full extent of United States federal and state law.
Shipping and Order Fulfillment
Generally, all non-custom products are shipped out within 3 business days. Please ensure your address is correct, as there is nothing we can do if the product is shipped to the wrong address outside of the receiver sending it back to us. In the event this happens, we will contact you for the correct shipping address, and you will need to pay any additional shipping fee. We use USPS Priority Mail for all domestic and international shipments. This is a cost-effective way to ensure your package is delivered on time and discreetly. You are responsible for any import certifications or taxes you may need to pay before your item is released from customs.
Refund Policy (Custom Products)
Due to the nature of these products and the heavy customization and uniqueness of the product, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.
If you would like to cancel your project, you must inform us ASAP. You will receive a refund for any amount of money paid beyond 40% of the project price (as in, anything paid after the minimum deposit). The minimum deposit is non-refundable as it was used to purchase materials for your project. If your project is cancelled, we reserve the right to finish and sell your project, even if it is of your character or heavily personalized.
Disputes and Refund Policy (Non - Custom Products)
Generally, due to the nature of these products, we cannot offer you a refund after the products has been shipped or handed to you after purchase. However, if we have not shipped the product out yet, please contact us and we may be able to refund you.
If the item you received is faulty and we deem ourselves to be responsible, we will gladly replace or repair the product at our expense.
Custom Garment Order TOS
Application, Commission Slots, Eligible Products
When commission/custom garments are open, please email sollux@rubbrpup.com with your idea. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept everyone’s commission and keep turnaround time low at the same time, thus only a limited number of applications can be accepted. If you apply, you are not guaranteed a commission slot. After applications have opened, they will remain open for a period of five days to one week or when 10 total applications have been received, whichever is sooner. After applications have closed, you may receive a message from sollux@rubbrpup.com or @PupSollux on Telegram with your quote and minimum deposit to guarantee your slot. You will have a period of 24 hours to pay the minimum deposit of 40% of the total project cost. If you do not pay this deposit within 24 hours, your application will be automatically rejected, and your slot will be given to someone else. Once your deposit has been paid, your commission slot is guaranteed. You will be notified if your application is rejected along with the reasoning it was rejected after all commission slots are full.
“Eligible Products”, basically meaning what our crafters can and can’t do, is important to consider. While we plan on learning and creating all of the following products, we do not feel comfortable creating/selling them yet as they may take skills we have not mastered. Ineligible products include any inflatables, hoods, gloves, socks, inflatable wings, or tails. Eligible products include shorts, shirts, tank tops, accessories (collars, harnesses, bandanas) catsuits, and surfsuits with very complex designs. If you can dream a suit design, we can build it!
Payment (Custom orders)
Payments will be processed via Square. All major debit cards and credit cards, including digital wallets, are accepted. Mail-in cash or check is not accepted. At minimum, 40% of the total project price is due as a deposit for material costs at the time of application acceptance (see “Application and Commission Slots”). This deposit is non-refundable. When your project is ready to ship out, the remaining balance of your project is due. If you are unable to pay the remaining balance when your project is completed, please notify Sollux ASAP. Your project can be held for a period of time, but if you are ultimately unable to pay your remaining balance, Sollux reserves the right to auction or sell your project even if it is of your character or personalized to you.
Payment plans are accepted on a bi-weekly (1st and 15th of every month) or monthly basis (1st of each month). You are still required to pay the minimum deposit if you take advantage of this option. You can also choose your payment amount if you choose this option, but keep in mind your project needs to be paid off before it is shipped. Late payments will incur a late fee of $35, which will be added to your project balance. Repeated late or missing payments may cause cancellation of your project at Sollux’s discretion, at which Sollux reserves the right to finish and sell/auction your project.
Turnaround time/Updates
In general, turnaround time is about three months. Hard deadlines are not accepted, but you may request that a project be done by a certain time. It is not guaranteed under any circumstances that your project will be complete by that time, but we will do our best to accommodate. While we do our very best to keep turnaround time low, life happens. Our staff currently has full-time jobs and careers outside of rubber, and supply chains for various materials can sometimes be unpredictable especially in recent years. Additionally, it takes on average 40 working hours to make one custom commission. Sometimes projects take longer than the expected turnaround time. We ask for your patience as your project is being completed. You are welcome to message us at any time for a status/photo update. You can also check Rubbrpup.com in the Blog tab as updates will be periodically posted there also. You may also receive a message on Telegram or Email with updates on your project. If you have any questions about your project, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Hold Harmless Agreement
While being kinky is fun, it can also have risks. Our products are meant to be used responsibly and with supervision where appropriate, and we cannot be held responsible for any injury or death that may occur while using our products. We do not claim that our products are error-free Please, play safe!
Warranty
The products I create are meant to be worn and seen! Wear with peace of mind knowing that all items receive a 6-month warranty from the shipment date that covers any crafting errors that may cause/have caused damage to your product. Examples of this include seams coming undone, zippers not working/slider coming off, snap replacements, etc. The warranty does not cover color transfer or staining from other rubber garments or metals (copper, brass, nickel to name a few) or bubbling from contact with silicone toys/products, as this damage is only due to lack of proper storage/maintenance. For custom items, the warranty also does not cover the project not fitting due to inaccurate measurements. It is your responsibility to ensure your measurements are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for a product that does not fit due to inaccurate measurements! The customer is responsible for all shipping.
Generally, due to the nature of these products, returns/refunds are not accepted after an order has been shipped. If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us ASAP and we may be able to get you a refund.
